How to order?
What are your payment methods?
We accept cash, cheque, bank deposit / bank transfer.
Cash payment is EXACT AMOUNT only. Change / Sukli is NOT allowed. In strict observance of hygiene and physical distancing.
Dated Cheque is payable to: ECOBUDGET CORP.
For bank deposit / bank transfer: Please email your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing of your order/s.
For VAT Exempted or PEZA certified companies, kindly don’t use credit card payment.
Please email your PEZA or VAT Exempt Certificate to email@example.com for preparation of sales order that will be emailed to you.
Applicable payment is Cash or Cheque or Bank Transfer.
What is your lead-time delivery?
For Metro Manila area:
We deliver within 7 working days (Tuesday to Friday except Holiday) after received of order for available stocks of regular items.
Personalized Table Napkins PLAIN / No Logo Delivery Lead-Time:
We deliver within 7 days working days upon received of order.
Personalized Table Napkins with Logo Delivery Lead Time:
We need 45 to 60 days lead-time delivery for the first time order.
We deliver within 30 to 45 days for the consecutive orders.
For Metro Manila area:
Tuesday to Friday except Holidays.
For Outside Metro Manila area:
For pick-up only.
Minimum Order and Delivery Charge:
We deliver for free at Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Bonifacio Global City, Makati – with a minimum amount of Php 2,000.00 for regular items. Other areas at Metro Manila we charge minimal fee. Gate-pass / Entrance Fees at gated communities / buildings are billed to client/s.
We also accommodate bus shipment for provinces.
For personalized table napkins plain / no logo – minimum order for delivery is 5 cases.
For personalized table napkins with logo – minimum order for delivery is 10 cases.
Do you accommodate pick-up?
Yes, we accommodate pick-up.
Kindly inform us your-pick up schedule for us to prepare your order ahead of time.
WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN PICK-UP WITH NO SCHEDULE.
What is your pick-up address?
Do you have dispensers?
Yes we do. Please check out our online store for dispensers.
What is your office schedule?
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except Holidays).
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of delivery.
Any complaints regarding our goods must be made before using the merchandise.
Complaints regarding quality or specifications must be verifiable by us.
