COLLECTION NOTICE
For the safety of our employees, customers and all people that are associated with us, we will implement CONTACT-LESS COLLECTION effective immediately.
Customers may choose the following payment options:
COD – cash or cheque payment during pick-up or delivery of order.
Cash Payment is EXACT AMOUNT only.
Change / Sukli is NOT allowed. In strict observance of hygiene and physical distancing.
Bank Transfer – payment will be deposited at bank account of Ecobudget Corp.
Client must email the proof of payment to accounting@ecobudget.ph / ecobudget.ph@yahoo.com.
Then accounting will email the collection receipt/s; original copy will be send thru mail or will be given on the next delivery of order.
Ecobudget employees are NOT allowed to enter the clients’ facilities beyond Ground Floor / Basement of Office Building or Unloading Dock Area. This is for the safety of everyone associated with us and for the prevention of the spread of virus. We have to maintain our virus-free status.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
- Ecobudget Delivery service will be wearing face mask and face shield with disinfectant at all times.
The delivery van will be disinfected before and after loading and unloading of stocks. - Our delivery service will unload order/s at the UNLOADING DOCK only – GROUND FLOOR or BASEMENT PARKING.
- 2 METERS DISTANCE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- Delivery crew are NOT ALLOWED to go up or inside of the office or stockroom or warehouse or any enclosed facilities of the client/s.
- If gate-pass is required for the stocks to be delivered, client representative will be the one to secure the gate-pass in advance, before delivery date – which will be 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) upon placement of order.
- Delivery crew will coordinate with the client before they arrive at the site. Delivery will coordinate their ETA (estimated time arrival) with the client representative.
- Client representative should be ready with face mask, gate-pass, his own writing pen and payment (if applicable) to receive the item/s at the unloading dock – ground floor or basement parking of the delivery site. For cash payment, Exact Amount only. Change / Sukli is NOT allowed.
- Delivery crew will not wait for the client to arrive at the unloading dock. Client representative must be at the unloading dock already before the arrival of the delivery service. DELIVERY WILL BE DROP (COLLECT PAYMENT if applicable) AND GO ONLY. NO DELIVERY BEYOND UNLOADING DOCK FACILITY.
- DELIVERY CREW IS NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT AT THE UNLOADING DOCK FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. During the 10 minutes wait, delivery crew must inform office.
- Delivery crew will not unload item/s if client/s refuse to comply with the above conditions.
PICK-UP OF ORDER
Please settle full-payment before pick-up.

FOR PICK-UP: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM – MONDAY to FRIDAY except Holiday
Kindly inform us your pick-up schedule for us to prepare for your order ahead of time.
We don’t entertain pick-up with no schedule.
